A previous mechanics shop in East Vancouver called me in to meet a move in date. Degreased, pressure washed, primed using LOXON primer & sealer with 2 coats of SUPERPAINT INT/EXT acrylic resin to the interior and exterior of the building - 10,000 square feet in 2 weeks! They were happy enough to call me later to do their floors in Epoxy.
