It really is fortunate to have trusted peers that call on each other when the work needs to get done. This was one of those times - an associate called me in because the exterior walls of this property was covered in an Anti Graffiti Silicon Coating (nice when it goes on but not so nice when it comes time to take it off). Nothing will stick to it, unless ... we take it off with Hot Water Pressure Washing. We isolated the parking lot drains and put barriers around the area against the side walk on the hip and busy Main St. After an extended day taking off the silicon I let it dry for 24 hours came back and primed any failing spots - twice. Applied 3 coats of a flat black and a 4th coat on the door frames and on the lower 5 ft portion (done because I had the extra product and is a standard practise for my high quality  commercial settings). My peer and client were happy to get this unique system off their walls and refinished in time for their Grand Opening.
